vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and fish and poultry in small portions.

· Mix 2 oz of olive oil and 2 oz of lemon juice, drink it straight down
and follow with a large glass of water at the first sign of stone pain. This

constipation is to sit in a bathtub of warm or hot water. It may take
